1.About us and what this site does

Elite Fitness Center provides gym training, personal training, semi-private training, Ladies Only sessions, martial arts and kickboxing classes, and fitness assessments from 1st Floor, Center Point, Jn, Kangarappady, Kochi, Kerala 682021. This website gives information, takes enquiries, holds session slots, and produces estimates and plan suggestions. It is not itself a membership contract — your membership terms are the ones we confirm with you when you join.

2.Who may use the site and train with us

• You must be 18 or older to book or join in your own name.
• Anyone aged 13 to 17 may take martial arts or fitness classes only with a parent’s or guardian’s written consent, and a guardian must provide the contact details.
• You must be medically fit to exercise, or have a doctor’s clearance before starting.
• We may decline a booking, a trial or a joining where we reasonably believe it is unsafe, where capacity is full, or where conduct in a previous visit made training impractical. We will tell you the reason.

3.Health, safety and medical disclaimer

Exercise and diet changes carry a risk of injury or illness. The fitness check on our homepage, the free assessment, and any figure they show — BMI, BMR, daily calorie target, healthy weight range or target weight — are estimates for general information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they cannot see your medical history, medication, pregnancy, injuries or conditions.

• Talk to a qualified doctor before starting or changing an exercise or diet programme.
• Tell your trainer about any injury, condition or medication before you train.
• Stop immediately and get help if you feel dizzy, short of breath, or in pain.
• Follow the instructions of your trainer and the rules posted in the gym.
• Figures are guidance. Results depend on your consistency, diet, sleep and medical factors.

4.Bookings, slots and trial sessions

• Choosing a slot places a request. A session is confirmed only when our team confirms it, usually over WhatsApp.
• A held slot is not a membership, a guaranteed class place, or a reservation for another day.
• Arrive on time. Late arrivals may be asked to wait or leave, for your safety and others’.
• We may cancel or move a session for trainer illness, equipment maintenance, low numbers, a holiday or a safety reason. Sundays are closed, and hours are Monday to Saturday 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM, with Ladies Only time 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM. We will offer you another slot.
• If you repeatedly book and do not attend, we may stop holding slots for you so that other members can use them.

5.Fees, pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change without notice, because batch timings, trainer availability and offers change. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm to you in writing at the time of joining. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and any applicable taxes are shown or added as the law requires.

• No payment is taken through this website. Fees are settled at the gym by cash, UPI or card.
• Charges for joining, missed sessions, personal training add-ons and any EMI arrangement are explained and confirmed with you before you pay.
• Membership, cancellation and refund terms are those confirmed to you in writing when you join; this page does not override that agreement.
• Occasional promotions and prize draws may run on the site. The conditions for each one are shown with the promotion and apply in addition to these terms.

6.₹1,000 enrollment coupon (ELITE1000)

Completing the free fitness check on the homepage or the plan finder unlocks a coupon worth ₹1,000, which waives your enrollment or admission fee. The following conditions apply:

• The coupon covers the ₹1,000 enrollment or admission fee only. Monthly and other fees are payable as normal.
• It is valid for 15 days from the date it was issued to you. That date does not restart if you revisit the page.
• You must book and complete your enrollment within the validity period; a coupon that has expired cannot be reinstated or replaced.
• One coupon per person, non-transferable, no cash value, not exchangeable and not extendable.
• It cannot be combined with another offer unless we tell you in writing that you may.
• It must be confirmed with our team over WhatsApp before your enrollment is completed. The pre-filled message you are given carries the code and expiry so our team can verify it.
• We may withdraw a coupon that is shared publicly, misused, or used by someone other than the person it was issued to.

7.Conduct and gym rules

• Complete an induction before using equipment you have not been shown.
• Re-rack weights, wipe machines after use, and bring a towel where asked.
• No smoking, alcohol or banned substances on the premises.
• Do not film or photograph other members without their consent.
• Do not use heavy weights without a trainer or spotter present.
• Personal property is left in the changing area at your own risk; we are not a custodian of your belongings.
• Treat members, staff and trainers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation or repeat rule-breaking lets us suspend or end your access without a refund of fees already due.

8.What you must not do

• Book slots in false names, hoard slots, or use the booking system to block other members.
• Copy, scrape or download the site’s content, plans or member data in bulk.
• Interfere with, probe or overload the website, booking system or admin areas.
• Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing content to us or on our pages.
• Use our name, logo or brand to imply our endorsement of another business or product.

9.Your reviews, photos and testimonials

You keep the rights to what you send us. When you send a review, video or transformation photo, you give us permission to publish it on our website and social media to show other people what real members achieve. You can ask us to stop using it at any time, and we will remove it from our pages; printed material, search caches and copies already shared may take longer to disappear.

You confirm the material is yours, that anyone shown in it agreed, and that it is truthful. Please do not send us anything false or misleading about results.

10.Our content and intellectual property

The website design, text, logos, plan layouts, calculators and blog articles belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share them for your own personal use. Anything else — copying, reselling, republishing or using them commercially — needs our written permission.

Some blog posts mention equipment and contain affiliate links. If you buy through one of those links we may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. We only mention products we would suggest, and the choice and price remain the retailer’s responsibility, not ours.

11.Availability of the site

We try to keep the site running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. It may be taken down for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and the slot calendar, batch times and prices can change. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable.

12.Responsibility for loss

You train, and you act on estimates from our tools, at your own risk once you have been cleared and inducted. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by Indian law we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of income, earnings or expected results, and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the site is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. If you are unhappy with a service, tell us and we will work to put it right.

13.If you cause a loss

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses that come from your breaking these terms, your misuse of the facility or equipment, or your giving us information about someone else without their permission.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the version now in force, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The version in force when you joined or booked applies to that booking or membership.

15.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems are settled by talking. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
